Dark chocolate cocoa bean oil and extra virgin olive oil are combined in perfect union by our Olive Oil Sommelier to create an excellent complement to both sweet and savory dishes. Our Dark Chocolate olive oil has a creamy mouthfeel with nutty, malty notes of cocoa and a sweet aroma. We’ve found the perfect balance of the astringency and bitterness naturally present in dark chocolate and infused it into our olive oil.
